Notice of AGM
Our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held Sat March 8, 2025, from 6:45-7:15 PM.
We invite all interested KDC members to attend our meeting prior to that evening's dance. Doors open at 6:30 for registration.
Your support is welcomed to assist us in reviewing fiscal 2024 and the planning for 2025 to ensure our dances continue to be successful. (please note that attending the meeting does not provide free access to the dance.

Annual General Meeting
During the month of March we will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the John Mlacak Centre. In order for the AGM to be a success, we will ask for your participation in attending the meeting as a member (all patrons have member status for the AGM only) to participate in the mandatory voting process. Our Bylaws are attached below.
We will make an announcement during the month of January about the AGM and how you can attend. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest club news.
