During the month of March we will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the John Mlacak Centre.  In order for the AGM to be a success,  we will ask for your participation in attending the meeting as a member (all patrons have member status for the AGM only) to participate in the mandatory voting process.  Our Bylaws are attached below.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on March 21, 2026 at 6:45 PM before that evening's dance at the Mlacak Center in Kanata.
